Invoice / Credit Accounts
We are pleased to supply UK schools and colleges with a 60 day credit account. Schools and colleges can order via the website, email, phone, fax or post and an invoice will be included with the delivery. You will then have 30 days to pay the invoice via by BACs or cheque, payment details are provided on the invoice. Alternatively, if you wish to pay at the point of order, you may pay via paypal or by card.
Setting up a credit account:
- Existing Customers:
If you are a school or college and have ordered from us in the last two years, we will automatically have set up a credit account for you so that your school may order online and pay by invoice. If you need help with your login details, please phone us on 0370 240 3565.
- New Customers:
If you are ordering resources for a school or college and would like to be invoiced for your order please register for an account via the website and then contact us by phone on 0370 240 3565 so that we can activate your new account.
We will try to activate your account immediately so that you can then go on to complete your order. If you complete your order without getting your account activated, you will only be given the option to pay by card or via PayPal.
