We hope you will be delighted with the products that you receive from us, but if, for any reason, you wish to return any items to us for a refund, you may do so within 14 days from delivery. Please call us on 0370 240 3565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Unless the items are faulty, they will need to be returned to us in unused condition and in the original packaging and you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. We suggest you use a tracked service, and ensure the item is packed sufficiently to avoid damage in transit since you are responsible for the goods until they arrive back at our warehouse.
A refund or account credit will be issued for goods returned in as new condition. The original cost of delivering the goods is not refundable (see exception below). The refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of the goods arriving back at our warehouse.
If your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund and the faulty item will be collected/returned with postage refunded.
All damages or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Claims outside this time will not be accepted. Please keep all packaging as this is needed for a damage claim to be processed. Please call us on 0370 240 3565 or email email@example.com regarding damaged/missing items.
The Consumer Contract Regulation 2013
In addition to the rights set out above, a Buyer who is a ‘Private Consumer’ may cancel an Order under the Regulations by giving The Seller written notice (including by email) within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after receipt of the Goods. In this case, The Seller will issue a refund of the price paid for the Goods, including the original cost of delivering the Goods, within thirty (30) days from the date of notice is given.
